From Rogil to the beach of Odeceixe

On this route you ride on sandy paths between pine trees to the village Odeceixe. This village has a beautiful old tow and a wonderful windmill. From there you can enjoy the view to the landscape and to the sea. Then you follow the road to the beach of Odeceixe. There you can ride the fatbike along the river till the beach. You also find a lot of nice bars and restaurants there. Then you ride bike on an easy way to Rogil

This tour combines a circular route of the Rota Vicentina in the romantic, hilly landscape of Carrascalinho with the panoramic view of the Atlantic in Rogil. You have unique views of the Monchique Mountains. You will cycle through lonely landscapes, where you also have the chance to meet shepherds with their herds. You see beautiful forests and small lakes. You will cycle through the small town of Aljezur with the historic old town. After that you ride along a river, then it goes uphill, where you can enjoy the views of the Atlantic. Finally you get to know one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, where you can take a bath or just enjoy the sunset.
